Eddie Demo — accessible colour systems, Bristol

Eddie Demo

Graphic designer, Bristol. I build accessible colour systems.

Twelve years designing for B2B and professional services, with an educational background in fine art, graphic design and data analytics. I work with organisations that have to meet WCAG — housing associations, colleges, charities, and the agencies that build for them.

Brand palettes get drawn before anyone asks what the colours have to do: carry body text, sit behind a button, mark a link. Some of them can't, and nobody finds out until someone complains.

I check a brand's colours against every contrast requirement in WCAG 2.2, using a tool I built for it, then design the corrections. The brand stays recognisable.

Send me a link or a list of hex values and I'll tell you what I find.
